Copyright Complaints

Indipik respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects contributors to do the same. If you believe content on Indipik infringes your copyright, please let us know.

How to File a Complaint

Email legal@indipik.com with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The URL or Image ID of the content on Indipik you believe infringes your rights
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights owner

What Happens Next

Our team reviews all complaints and, where warranted, removes or disables access to the reported content while the matter is investigated.
