Subscriber Agreement

This Subscriber Agreement governs your use of any monthly or annual subscription plan on Indipik, in addition to the general Terms of Use.

Subscription Scope

Each subscription plan grants a set number of image downloads per billing cycle, as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Unused downloads do not carry over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated for your plan.

Seats and Team Access

Unless your plan is explicitly listed as a Team Plan, a subscription is licensed to a single named user and may not be shared across multiple individuals or accounts.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Licence on Downloaded Images

Images downloaded during an active subscription retain their licence terms even after the subscription ends, as described in our Licensing terms.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Subscriber Agreement from time to time. Continued use of your subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
